How do I return an item?
All Beyond the Wall orders contain a UPS Return Label. The label is located on the outside of the package in a plastic pack.
To return an order, simply fill out the return portion of your packing slip, affix the return label to the outside of the package, and send the item back to us for a full refund (minus shipping.)
If you have any other questions regarding returns, or if you wish to request a replacement item, please contact our customer service department.
